摘要:  摘要:微电网可以促进新能源消纳,对推动低碳经济发展具有重要战略意义。微电网规划设计是其安全、可靠、经济运行的重要保障,基于国内外微电网规划设计相关研究成果与最新进展,总结评述了微电网规划不确定因素处理、多目标规划方法、规划-运行联合建模以及规划求解算法的技术特征和研究现状。在此基础上,针对大规模微电网接入对配电网规划产生的影响,提出微电网-配电网协同规划思路以及需要重点关注的技术问题;针对微电网复杂规划问题,提出微电网分层分区和模块化设计理念,降低微电网工程设计难度和建设成本,提高建设效率。

Abstract:  ABSTRACT: The implementation of microgrid is an effective way to promote new energy consumption, and is significant to support low-carbon economy development. The planning section is important to ensure the secure, reliable and economical operation of microgrid. Based on the latest researches and progress at home and abroad, the technical features are summarized and remarked as well as research status of microgrid planning on topics of uncertainty dealing, multi-objective planning, planning-operation coordinated modeling and the solving algorithms in this paper. The viewpoint and emphasis of coordinated microgrid-distribution planning and the technical issues that need to be addressed are put forward to cope with the impact of large-scale microgrid participation on distribution planning. Besides, strategies of voltage-grading and district-dividing planning and modular design are presented in order to solve the complex microgrid planning problem, which helps to reduce the design difficulty, construction cost and improve construction efficiency.
